Our AI Summary feature leverages artificial intelligence to provide you with an instant overview of your data, right from your dashboard.

AI Summary identifies key metrics and top-level insights, giving you a sharable summary that you can present to stakeholders.

This feature saves you time and effort, allowing you to focus on what matters most: making informed decisions.

With AI Summary, you'll be able to:

  • Quickly understand the most important themes and trends in your data

  • Access relevant verbatims that inform the summary, based on top themes

  • Understand relationships between terms and topics, showing which are most connected and why

How does it work?

We've expanded the evidence used to generate AI Summaries, ensuring that you receive the most accurate and relevant insights.

The summary now chooses the most relevant verbatims from the data, based on top themes. We use Relationships to inform the summary, showing which terms and topics are most connected and why.

In addition, we group words by their high-level form, treating words like "running", "ran", and "runs" as simply "run."

Summaries are now longer and more informative, covering high-level themes, what they're saying, and why they're saying it.

If you would like to opt out of using AI Summary, get in touch with your account team to disable the feature.
