The data library contains a suite of tools for managing and manipulating your data including the ability to split and combine data sets.

When is combining useful

Some common examples of combining data sets include:

  • Unifying monthly data into quarterly or annual data sets

  • Combining country-specific data into regions

  • Combining 4 & 5 star reviews into a promoters data set

Combining data sets

  1. Within the relevant project folder in the data library, select the checkboxes next to the datasets you want to combine

  2. Click the combine icon from the bulk action menu at the top of your data list

  3. Review the details and click 'Finish up'

  4. Give your new data set a name and click 'Combine'
