The Dashboard (previously Data Library) contains a suite of tools for managing and manipulating your data including the ability to split and combine data sets.

When is combining useful

Some common examples of combining data sets include:

  • Combining monthly data into quarterly or annual data sets

  • Combining low-scoring CSAT or NPS scores into a detractor data set

  • Combining 4 and 5-star reviews into a promoter data set

Combining data sets

  1. In the Customer Dashboard, within the relevant project folder, select the checkboxes next to the datasets you want to combine

  2. Click the three-dot icon from the bulk action menu and select Combine

  3. Review the details and click 'Finish up'

  4. Give your new data set a name and click 'Combine'
