Relative Insight can perform text analysis in a number of Latin script languages. Word and phrase analyses are available for all supported languages.

Currently, the native language analysis, which includes words, and phrases as well as grammar, topical and emotional analysis is available for English, French, German, and Spanish data. These have been marked with an asterisk (*).

Supported languages:

  • ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ฐ Danish

Why do we promote the native language approach?

Rather than deploying a third-party translation tool, we have created our own framework, allowing users to gain valuable insights into customer sentiment, brand perception, and competitor analysis.

Native text analysis capabilities allow for a deeper understanding of your data, revealing hidden meaning in a way that some translation services canโ€™t. To do this, we used state-of-the-art NLP models and a proprietary technique to build our topic model (containing 420 different topics).

What if my data is in an unsupported language?

While the native approach allows for the most accurate results, you can run your data through a translation software such as Google Translate and then use the English output in Relative Insight.

More language options will be available soon.

How can I compare data sets in different languages?

Data must be in the same language in order to be compared. The best option in this scenario will be to translate data sets into a common language before uploading it to the platform.
