There are two ways to export classified data, both available from the Library in the platform.
Data Enrichment export
This option lets you export either Standard Topics or your Custom Themes, with metrics broken down by metadata key/value.
It allows you to quantify, using Relative Insight metrics, how often topics or custom themes are mentioned by each segment in your metadata.
Verbatims export
This option includes up to 5,000 of your originally uploaded verbatims, with either Standard Topics or your selected Custom Theme marked as being present.
It’s useful for enriching your CRM or other data sources with Relative Insight findings.
To download an export
In the Library, select the dataset you want to export
Click Export and choose either Data Enrichment or Verbatims
Select your export options
Click Generate export.
