Data Discovery offers multiple export options to streamline reporting and allow deeper analysis.

You can export individual charts as images, bulk-download visualizations, or export the aggregated data behind the charts into Excel.

How to export images and data:

Export individual charts

  1. Hover over any chart in Data Discovery.

  2. Click the download icon on the top-right corner of the chart.

  3. The chart will download as a PNG image, which can be embedded in reports, presentations, or shared with your team.

Bulk export all charts on a page

  1. At the top-right of the chart area, click Download all.

  2. This will export all visible charts as PNG images in a zip file—ideal for large-scale reporting or presentations.

Export aggregated data behind charts

  1. Click the Export data button.

  2. An Excel file will download containing all the aggregated data used to generate your charts.

    • Each chart’s data appears on its own sheet.

    • This format is ideal for building custom visualisations in Excel or integrating with other BI tools.

Use filters before exporting to tailor the data and charts to a specific audience or use case.
