What is single sign-on (SSO)?

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication mechanism that allows users to access multiple applications and systems with a single set of login credentials. Instead of having to remember and enter separate usernames and passwords for each application, SSO enables users to authenticate once and gain access to multiple resources seamlessly.

It eliminates the need for users to have a separate login for Relative Insight and allows for centralized user management.

What SSO services does Relative Insight integrate with?

Relative Insight currently only supports SAML.

How do I set up SSO for my Relative Insight account?

The configuration is done manually and usually requires the involvement of an IT system administrator to test and complete it.

Get in touch with your Account Manager or email info@relativeinsight.com to discuss setting up SSO for your organization.
