Relative Insight is designed to be a self-service software platform. We offer a host of guides and training programmes to help users manage their projects independently.

For those who don't have the time or need some additional help, we offer two professional service offerings in which you will receive support from our team of expert insight analysts - managed service and insights as a service (IaaS).

The number of projects and associated service level(s) will be specified in your subscription agreement. Additional support beyond what is specified in the contract will be subject to agreement and additional fees.

Self-Serve

Relative Insight will provide clients with guidance on sourcing suitable data, performing analysis and generating actionable insights. A maximum of two hours of support will be provided per project.

Managed Service

Relative Insight will provide clients full data gathering and manipulation support and will perform the analysis within the Relative Insight analysis platform. The client will have full access to the project and associated insight cards. The client will be expected to brief Relative Insight on the project and be available for feedback sessions on the project output. The client would not be involved in any functional tasks associated with executing the project. A maximum of 10 hours of support will be provided per project.

Insight as a Service (IaaS)

Relative Insight will carry out bespoke research projects for the client. These projects can involve multiple phases and resources. Relative Insight will manage the entirety of the project and carry out all the required activities to deliver on the project. The outcomes of the project will be provided within the Relative Insight analysis platform or as a presentation deck – as required by the client. The client would be expected to brief the project and attend iteration and final playback meetings.
