Relative Insight is designed to be a self-service software platform. We offer a host of guides and training to help users manage their projects independently. For those who don't have the time or need some additional help, we offer additional support as part of our managed service packages.

What packages do we offer?

Core Service

Our core service consists of a subscription to our Explore text analysis platform. This platform can be accessed by authorized users, allowing them to upload and analyze data from various data sources.

The number of users and the amount of data sources will depend on the quantity specified in your order form.

Professional Services

Managed Service Analyst Support

If you have purchased this support, our analysts will assist you with data gathering and manipulation. They will perform analysis within the platform on your behalf, allowing you to access the results.

To begin, we will require a project briefing from you and your availability for feedback on the project output. You won't need to handle any day-to-day tasks related to the project. Please note that data gathering is limited to public sources.

The Managed Service Analyst Support is capped at 5 hours of support per month.

General Data Support

We offer general data support services to assist you in identifying appropriate data sources and preparing the data for analysis.

There are two levels of support available:

  • Basic Data Support: This level includes 5 hours of support per month.

  • Custom Data Support: This level is tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers.
