Passwords can be reset as part of the login process, or updated from the 'Account' section of your dashboard when logged into the platform.
Reset a forgotten password
- Navigate to Relative Insight. 
- Enter your email address and click 'Continue.' 
- Click ‘I forgot my password.' 
- Enter the email address used to register your account and click 'Recover.' 
- Check your email and follow the instructions to set a new password. 
Changing your password when logged in to Relative Insight
- Click your avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard then select 'Account.' 
 
- Click the pencil icon next to the password field. 
 
- Enter your new password and click ‘Save.’
