Passwords can be reset as part of the login process, or updated from the 'Account' section of your dashboard when logged into the platform.
Reset a forgotten password
Navigate to Relative Insight.
Enter your email address and click 'Continue.'
Click ‘I forgot my password.'
Enter the email address used to register your account and click 'Recover.'
Check your email and follow the instructions to set a new password.
Changing your password when logged in to Relative Insight
Click your avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard then select 'Account.'
Click the pencil icon next to the password field.
Enter your new password and click ‘Save.’
