What is Scoreboard?

Scoreboard is a powerful feature in Relative Insight that helps you quantify qualitative data. The automated emails can be scheduled to go to a large number of stakeholders regularly.

It allows users to assign values to linguistic themes uncovered during text analysis — helping you clearly measure sentiment, trends, or thematic strength across different data sets.

This makes ScoreBoard ideal for:

  • Highlighting key differences between segments

  • Generating quantitative insights from qualitative narratives

  • Supporting data storytelling with easy-to-read metrics

How to Get the ScoreBoard Report

You can generate a Scoreboard report directly from the Analysis tab (if you don’t see the button, contact the account team to get it enabled). Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to your Analysis section.

  2. Ensure you have an existing comparison set up.

  3. Click Send scoreboard in the top-right corner (see screenshot below).

  4. The system will prepare your Scoreboard and deliver it to your email.
